Conditions of rent

1- This Contract is signed and agreed upon between Egyfrance for construction & Development (first party) represented by Blue Mind Egypt as per the agreement signed in 15/3/2015 as the first party.
1- يعتد هذا عقد إيجار للوحدة المذكورة بين شركة إيحي فرنس للإنشاء والاستثمار ويمثلها شركة بلومايند إيجيبت للتنمية السياحية طبقا لاتفاقية التطوير والتمويل المؤرخة في  15/3/2015 کطرف اول ( المؤجر).

2- Second Party is the tenant.
2- الطرف الثاني (المستاجر) الموقع ادناه و بیاناته بالصفحة الخلفية.

3- The rent starts from the second party Check in the unit till his departure date.
3- پيدا تاريخ الإيجار من تاريخ استلام الطرف الثاني للوحدة وينتهي عقد الإيجار بتاريخ مغادرة الوحدة طبقا للبيانات الموضحة في الخلف.

4- Check in is 2 Pm and Check out is maximum by 12 Pm.
4-الدخول اعتبارا من الساعة 2 مساءا .. المغادرة قبل الساعة 12 ظهرآ.

5-It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.

5- يلتزم الطرف الثانى بكافة القواعد واللوائح التي تعلنها إدارة المنتجع حفاظا على المظهر العام والسمعة الحسنة.

6- The parties agree that the reservation mentioned in the second clause is for the maximum use of only......Packs with no meals included, in the case of the second party wishing to accommodate an extra person it is agreed that the second party will be obliged to pay an additional two hundred pounds per night throughout the person's stay.

6- اتفق الطرفان أن الحجز المذكور في البند الثاني هولاقامة... اشخاص فقط كحد اقصى بدون وجبات ، و فى حالة رغبة الطرف الثانى  تسكين شخص إضافي فمن المتفق عليه يكون الطرف الثانى ملزما بسداد مبلغ مائتين جنيه اضافية عن الليلة الواحدة طوال فترة إقامة الشخص الاضاقی.

7- Pets are not allowed in
7- غير مسموح باصطحاب الحيوانات الأليفة داخل الوحدة.

8- Bringing goods and/or storing weapons or explosives article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited.
8-غير مسموح باصطحاب أي نوع من أنواع الأسلحة والذختر داخل الوحدة

9- Smoking is prohibited inside the resort units a penalty of 500 LE for each night of stay for smoking indoors.
9- غير مسموح بالتدخين أو إشعال أى مصدر نار داخل الوحدة ويطبق غرامة 500 جنيه مصرى عن كل
ليلة في حالة مخالفة ذلك.

10- Tenants are not allowed to accompany guest to their rooms unless with a written approval and handing a copy of passports or IDs to be the reception desk.

10-  ممنوع استقبال او استضافة اي أفراد داخل الوحدة غير المرافقين أثناء مدة التعاقد وبإذن كتابي من الإدارة وعلى
المؤجر تسليم صورة البطاقات الشخصية أو جواز سفر كل المتواجدين داخل الوحدة.

11-  If you wish to retain your room beyond check out time extension will be given depending on the availability and against charge.
11-  يجوز تعديل تاريخ المغادرة بعد موافقة الادارة.

12-  Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
12-  يجب على المؤجر تقديم عقد زواج رسمى موثق فى حالة حاملى الجنسية المصرية.

13-  The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
13-  يقر الطرف الثانی بأن يسدد التعويض المناسب في حالة اتلاف اى من الاجهزة المسلمة له.

14-  The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith. Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

14-  استخدام مرافق المتتبع (حمامات السباحة ، الأنشطة الرياضية المائية( أو الخدمات المقدمة من قبل أطراف خارجية هي مسئولية النزيل الخاصة. ان ادارة منتجع رويال بيتش غير مسئولة عن أي اضرار من استخدام أي من المرافق
المذكورة أعلاه.

15-  The guest is fully responsible with no liability on the management for the use of the beach and or the facilities in the resort for him or his accompanied minors.
15-  في حالة وجود اي مشاكل مع السكن الخاص  الخدمات المقدمة في المنتجع في أثناء فترة الإقامة يجب على النزيل إبلاغ إدارة المنتجع على الفور لاتخذ اللازم.

16-  In case of any problem that might arise during your stay please report it to the front desk with in your stay for taking immediate action towards solving it.

16-  أنا المرفع ادنا، أعلم تمام العلم بكافة شروط ولوائح شركة الإدارة بلومايند ايجيبت والالتزام التام بها. حيث أنها
الشركة الحصرية الإدارة منتجع رويال بيتش.

17-  Here with certify that I have read the rules and obligations of
the resort and I abide to.
